We are more than just a fitness centre, we will be offering a variety of health and wellness programs for all ages and levels which will include a YMCA Childrens Free Play Club (creche). If you are school looking to get your children into health and fitness then join our School Fitness program, its not all about fitness, its fun, entertaining and motivational.

The variety ensures there is something for all, from indoor cycling with rpm and yoga-based bodybalance, to high energy bodyattack and muscle-toning bodypump. We hold a variety of group fitnss sessions each week to suit you, contact us for more information on programs we have to offer.

The gym has equipment to work your entire body. Our instructors are on hand to design a tailored exercise program to help you reach your goals. Included in your membership is an initial individualised program. We also offer personal training by qualified fitness industry professionals at very competitive prices.

In our sports halls, games can be taken seriously – or played for the sheer fun of it. We are home to nightly indoor soccer, volleyball and netball competitions, a massive daytime netball program, basketball, indoor soccer, volleyball and social badminton sessions. And there are a host of other recreational activities here too for all ages.
