Yes, we do. For light to moderate rain we have a waterproof retractable roof.

In case on severe weather we can relocate the event to an alternate space in the hotel depending on availability.
All our venue spaces are based upon a minimum spend, which is inclusive of food and beverage.
We require a signed contract along with a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm a booking. Please let us know if you wish to confirm a booking.
Hyatt Brisbane is fully licensed and has an onsite kitchen therefore all food and beverage must be provided by the hotel.
Yes. There is a $3.00pp cakage fee for us to cut and serve your cake.
The Pool Terrace and Bar is a cocktail style venue only. There are seating options available , however we do not organise seated events at the venue.
Minors may be on premise for an event as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult. At no stage are minors permitted to consume alcohol. Please discuss the full policy with your Event Coordinator.
