Our King harbour view room is one of our most popular. It has a large pillow topped king mattress. an alcove area with a view of sydney harbour. it's also at the front of the building at the top making it one of the quietest rooms in the hotel. The bathroom while not as large as the King Spa suite, its well appointed with a seperate shower and Jacuzzi bath complete with bath salts for 2 people to soak. A popular room for weddings and anniversaries.

Our largest room with a luxurious round Jacuzzi tub for two. Pillow topped king bed and a separate lounge area. This is the perfect hideaway retreat. The bathub is the best feature of this room. it's large enough to comfortably fit 2 people and the bathroom has plenty of space. It's a lovely hideaway from the world and is very popular with weddings and honeymooners. Also The room also has a rollaway bed which is suitable for two children under 12.

The family suite Consists of a Queen bed in one room, and a bunk bed and single bed in the other room. With an ensuite bathroom. This is a perfect room for a family or group of friends. The doors can be closed to allow Parents some peace or left open if you have small children. There are 2 televisions in the room. The room can accomodate 5 people comfortably. Our Queen bay view room is very popular. While not as large as the King rooms it has a lovely outlook over Mosman bay. being upstairs at the front of the building it also is very quiet and has easy access to our lovely balcony where you can sit and enjoy the boats on the harbour.

Our Queen Manor Ensuite Rooms are a perfect room for a a couple who wants a slightly larger room. They all have luxury Pillow topped queen mattress larger tv's than the double bed rooms. Most rooms have a seperate lounge chair and some feature a desk area.

The double Manor Ensuite rooms are our smallest ensuite rooms. They feature a double bed and ensuite bathroom. The quality of the furnishing is the same as the larger rooms, however the size of the room and bed are smaller. As with all our rooms they have a lovely continental breakfast included

Our Single Manor Ensuite Rooms are a perfect room for a Single person who wants the privacy of an Ensuite bathroom. They are larger than the Annex rooms and feature the same quality bathrooms as all the Main manor rooms. The beds are a large King Single bed.
