We have four spacious and equipped spaces naming Ballroom, Rose-Garden Terrace, Foyer, Bridal Suite & Dressing Room respectively designated for different and specific occasions.

The Ballroom offers as much as 400 guests at a time with added flexibility to hold a stand-alone cocktail event for up to 150 in the beautifully renovated foyer.The Rose-Garden Courtyard would take you through it’s picture-perfect white arbours to the lush-green backdrop to the The Ivory’s classic white Georgian facade and open terrace. The Foyer opens on to a comfortable seated space that guests adore and the fireplace provides a central feature all year round as well as the cosy atmosphere needed for the perfect winter event and lastly Bridal Suite and Dressing Room provides a personal space for the bride with all the basic and required amenities.

Our venue is conveniently situated just next to St Kilda, Brighton and Elwood and is at the distance of 5 km from the CBD solving the issue of conveyance and travel.
