Our central location is a few minutes walk away from Perth CBD, main shopping retails on Hay Street & Murray Street, entertainment and dining precincts.

City Waters offers self contained accommodation by the banks of the Swan River, within walking distance of shopping centres, the convention centre, entertainment spots, transport and the business and cultural centres of Perth. The rooms we had were of a reasonable size and very clean. The location is about a 10 min walk from the main shopping areas and across the road from the river, where there are good walks by the waters edge.

The One-Bedroom unit are designed and suitable for solo-traveler or group-traveler up to 4 adults per unit. Featuring a range of bedding configuration from: 1 Queen Bed ; 1 Queen + 1 Single Bed; 1 Queen + Bunk Bed & 3 Single Beds. All units have private bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen.

These units have been specifically designed for the family. A floor plan is shown below. Two bedrooms adjoining with a soundproof door, each with it’s own TV, phone, air conditioner, table and chairs. One bedroom has a double bed, the other three single beds. The unit also has a kitchen and bathroom.
