Parking options for Vibe Hotel Subiaco Guests.

• Undercover Hotel car parking:
A limited number of underground car parks are available below the Hotel precinct. Located on Basement Level 2. These bays are subject to availability, charged at $25 per 24 hours.

Multiple entries & exits are permitted in a 24 hour period. Height restrictions are in place, maximum vehicle height is 2.0 metres. Once you have completed your check-in, access is via the main entrance off Alvan Street.

The hotel is not able to provide guaranteed parking for vehicles above 2.0 meters.

Alternative options (including over-sized vehicles):

• City of Subiaco public car park:
Located below the Hotel on Basement Level 1. These bays are payable via ticket kiosks within the car park. Suitable for larger vehicles. Entry available from 6am until 11pm, via the main entrance off Alvan Street.

• Street parking:
Available on Railway Road. Ticket kiosks are in place and fees payable on weekdays only, between 8am and 5pm. Parking is free of charge after 5pm on weekdays and all day on weekends and public holidays.
Yes, Storehouse Restaurant and Bar is located on level nine of the hotel. St Marks Road Co is also onsite and is located in the Lobby.
Yes, barista coffee is available at either Storehouse Restaurant and Bar or St Marks Road Co.
The hotel does have some onsite audio visual equipment and we can providing quotations for additional equipment. If you wish to provide your own audio visual equipment, please contact your Conference and Event Coordinator to discuss your options and requirements.
The conference rooms are located on level nine of the hotel.
Vibe Hotel Subiaco is a licensed venue and are unable to allow you to provide your own alcohol and due to food safety requirements we cannot allow you to provide your own catering. Please contact your Conference and Events Coordinator to discuss your food and beverage requirements.
The Subiaco Train Station is a 400m walk from the hotel (less than 5mins) and this train runs from Perth to Fremantle. There are also nine bus routes that connect Subiaco with much of the Perth metropolitan area.
Yes, the three functions rooms all have floor to ceiling windows.
