Pouring an assortment of conventional classics and unique limited releases, Petition Beer Corner is designed for the inquisitive. Located on the Barrack St end of the historic State Buildings, this venue can cater for intimate gatherings to large groups of up to 150 guests. The interior fuses old and new with a relaxed and informal feel through revealing rather than concealing the many layers of history. Taking cues from a true wine enoteca, Petition Wine Merchant embraces diversity and the story behind wine producers. Located on the ground floor of the State Buildings, this is the more intimate space of the Petition venues, lined floor to wall with rare, handcrafted wine and an alfresco leading into the iconic Postal Hall. Petition Wine Merchant is suited to small gatherings for hosted wine masterclasses, informal stand up tastings or larger cocktail events.

Situated in the basement of the iconic State Buildings in the heart of Perth’s CBD, the restaurant is housed in a characterful heritage cellar with brick archway features. Long Chim Perth is a triumph of contemporary Thai flavours, incorporating a 130 seat dining room with open plan kitchen, a large 120 guest outdoor courtyard and a 45 seat cocktail bar. The interiors feature exposed brick work distressed by theatrical set designers, digital projection within the courtyard, stenciled floors and open services into the ceiling spaces. Collaborative street art by renowned Thai-based artists Alex Face, Bon, Sath, Diamond One and Gong complete the design.
