The Palm house was erected in 1876 and is the oldest glasshouse in New South Wales. Flooded with natural light, the Palm House sits in a beautiful garden setting and is the perfect environment in which to create a memorable and unique function.Indoor area has Palm House only, the small building back of house is not available for hire.Outdoor area has Lawn area directly in front of Palm House can be hired for an additional fee.

The site must be left clean and tidy with all furniture, equipment and rubbish removed. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to tidy and remove any waste from site, including bottle tops and cigarette butts.There is no furniture in the Palm House. It is the Hirer’s responsibility to arrange all necessary furniture for their requirements. Marquee structures may be installed at the back of the Palm House at the client’s cost.Maximum marquee size is 3m x 3m for the Caterer’s marquee.The installation of any marquee or temporary structure must be arranged in advance with the Functions Coordinator. All temporary structures must be weighted, not pegged and must not impose on any garden bed or touch any trees.
