The Bathers’ Pavilion is owned by chef, Serge Dansereau. The view is towards the Heads and overlooks Middle Harbour. We are around fifteen minutes from the city.

There are many ways to enjoy eating or drinking within the old beach changing shed pavilion - private dining rooms, café, bar and an a la carte restaurant.

The paintings on the cover of the Restaurant menus are of Bal moral are by local artist. Kerry Lester who has been exhibited in the Archibald Art Prize eleven times.

The food is appropriate to its surroundings. Some traditional cooking methods such as slow cooking in a wood fired oven or grilling on vine leaves are used. Serge’s approach to our food is uniquely Australian. His experience with food and maturity are of paramount importance in achieving the flavours we want, yet we are modern in approach.
