The Haus has traditionally inspired Japanese food, with only the best ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. Cocktails are inspired by the ancient tradition of the Japanese tea ceremony, an art that an apprentice Geisha would learn to master. As such, all cocktails use T2 teas and emulate the elaborate procedures unique to a ceremony with dramatic effects from using liquid nitrogen, fire and smoke.
